You can delete your Tuitbook account yourself, in the app, at any time. It takes effect at once.
In the app
- Open Tuitbook and tap the cog at the top of the Today screen.
- If you want to keep your records, tap Save a backup first and send the file somewhere safe.
- Scroll to the end and tap Delete account and data.
- Confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account on our server, with its plan, trial dates, referral code, the phones it was used on and any short pay links.
- The records on that phone: students, fees, payments, attendance, timetable and receipts.
What is kept
- A scrambled marker with your trial dates, so that a free trial or a referral reward cannot be taken twice. It cannot be turned back into who you are.
- Backup files you saved and sent elsewhere. They are yours; delete them where you put them.
- Records of purchases held by Apple or Google.
A subscription does not stop by itself
Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription. Stop it in your phone’s store settings: on iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, install it again, sign in with the same Google or Apple account and follow the steps above. If that isn’t possible, write to support@tuitbook.com and we will help.
