Keep your records safe

Your records are saved on your phone. Save a backup often, and always before changing phones.

  1. Open Settings (the cog on the Today screen).
  2. Tap Save a backup.
  3. Send the file somewhere safe: your Google Drive, iCloud or your own email.

Move to a new phone

  1. Save a backup on the old phone and send it to yourself.
  2. Install Tuitbook on the new phone.
  3. On the welcome screen tap I have a backup and choose the file.

Remind a parent about a fee

Open the student and tap Remind. The message is written for you; you can change the words before you send it from your own WhatsApp. Tuitbook never sends a message by itself.

A fee looks wrong

Open the student, then tap How is this calculated? under the fee. It shows the fee, what was taken off or added, and why. A payment or a waiver entered by mistake can be taken back from the payment history.

Your plan

  • See or change your plan: Settings, then Your plan.
  • Bought Pro on another phone: sign in with the same Google or Apple account, then tap Restore purchases.
  • Stop a subscription: on iPhone, open the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Your records stay, and Free keeps up to 15 students.

Delete your account

Settings, then Delete account and data. This removes your account from our server and your records from the phone. Save a backup first if you may want them again. Step by step, and what is kept.

Your privacy

Your students’ records stay on your phone. What Tuitbook does with information.
